Visual Design
It can be a visual design for a digital service as well as for an event or a brochure. To me the purpose determines what channel(s) to use. My home ground is design for digital services, but I love doing design in all shapes & forms!
Brand Design
I have worked alot with brand design and really enjoy having control of everything from the smallest avatar to big screens. And of course with my background - digital is always first!
Leading roles
I really enjoy having a role as design lead where I act as support & coach for other designers and UX and also facilitate the design process. I did this for 1177 Vårdguiden when applying the new identity to multiple services.
UI / UX
I believe in making digital services accessible for all - and of course make it look good! WCAG is always the backbone in my projects. I have a lot of experience of the prototyping process from interaction design & wireframes to detailed design.
Illustrations
It’s not my core business, but every now and then I get to do illustrations. I do illustrations for customer journey maps, websites, ads and books - it’s so much fun! For this I use my iPad Pro and Illustrator.
Lectures & mentorship
Since 2012 I’m part of the Stearing Group Committee for the Design Lead-program at Hyper Island. I also give lectures at design schools and do mentorship for students and junior creatives in the digital industry.
Time to up-skill?
In 2022 I founded the up-skill plattform “UXUI” – a space for digital designers to add more skills to their toolbox.
